Online treatment and apps
There are many apps and online treatment programs intended to help people with insomnia. I have listed several below. I believe each of these includes the most important components of CBTI. That said, they differ in a number of different ways. I recommend taking a look to see which you find most appealing.

- There are too many apps and online programs to list them all, and I can’t guarantee that they include the most important elements of CBTI. 
Books
Many books have been written on to guide individuals through CBTI without a clinician. As with the apps and online courses, I believe each of those I have listed include the most important components of CBTI. However, they differ in a number of different ways. I recommend taking a look to see which you find most appealing. Used copies of older books are often available at low costs.
